Ingredients:

  • 1  bag of Monayiti Rice and Black Beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups of water



Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a small pot until it bubbles up.
  2. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in Monayiti Rice and Black Bean and bring to a boil.
  4. Let water evaporate.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer.
  6. Stir. Remove from heat.
