Ingredients:

  • Condensed milk
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • Anise and cinnamon extract
  • Maple sugar
  • Cane sugar
  • Evaporated milk
  • Rum
  • Coconut cream



Instructions:

  1. Add 1 cup of maple sugar + 2/3 cup of cane sugar to 14oz of evaporated milk.
  2. Heat on low. Wait until all sugar is melted. Let cool.
  3. Add evaporated milk + sugars.
  4. Add coconut milk, condensed milk, and coconut cream.
  5. Mix well
  6. Add anise and cinnamon extract.
  7. Add Haitian rhum preferably
    How much alcohol to add?
    2 Tbsp or 43% ABV in 1 cup of Kremas = ˜5% alcohol
    4 Tbsp or 43% ABV in 1 cup of Kremas = ˜9% alcohol
    6 Tbsp or 43% ABV in 1 cup of Kremas = ˜12% alcohol
    10 Tbsp or 43% ABV in 1 cup of Kremas = ˜16% alcohol
  8. Remove from heat. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle salt as desired. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
