Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of hot water or milk
  • 8oz butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 bag of Monayiti Chocolate Cake (16oz)



Instructions:

  1. Grease and flour pan.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
  3. Beat the eggs separately.
  4. In a second bowl, cream butter slightly. Add cake mix slowly alternating with some milk. Add beaten eggs.
  5. Pour mixture in greased pan.
  6. Bake at 350ºF for 34-45 minutes or until done. Do not overbake.
  7. Take cake out of the oven, let it cool before frosting. Or enjoy plain.

    For best results, use evaporated milk.
