Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boiled potatoes
- 1 lb. carrots, boiled
- 1 lb. peas, canned
- 1 lb beets, boiled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook and dice the potatoes, carrots, and beets.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced vegetables with peas, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let the salad rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
